You know something.... I am now using the stairs as often as I can... In fact, I am staying away from the elevators... coz I realise how unfit I am now... my weight is still ok... "only" 74.5kg... (hahha... I bought a bath scale...) but the fitness level really goyak... got do push-ups in my room lahz... and I not say excessively eating... but the fitness level just very lousy... so must move my muscles more...
My debate with Hafiz rages on... seriously... that guy is soooo very the proud of himself that tat Jap gal "smile" at him... please lahz... probably she got block nose so need to open her mouth a little to let the air in only lahz... and stupid Hafiz actually THINK she smile at her... hahaha... anyway... I came down to the com lab after dinner lahz... and guess wat... hahah... the Jap gal is here lahz... she not say chio lor... just you noe... the "typical" Jap looking gal... fair skin... pretty hot looking... I also never intentionally lahz... but only got computer beside her mahz... so I sit there lor... and when I sit down of course she look at me right... then she also smile mah... hahaha... wat the hell... so she just like to smile lahz... then no big deal after all right... so I went to Hafiz's room after I was done surfing lahz... and he was like damn pissed lor... hahaha... heehee... no lahz... dun think he is interested lahz... just that think he male-ego a little hurt lahz... hahah... but I thought it was funny... but I dun think this mini-"war" will end soon lahz... hahah... it is always fun to make fun and diss people... hahah... like also today lahz... Hafiz came to dinner and happily declared that he bought a long sleeve blogger shirt online for 15 bucks... of course lahz me and Bacha immediately went into a bombarding session on how he could have gotten things so much cheaper else where.... and how stupid it is to buy that kind of shirt etc etc... hahah... you should see Hafiz's face man.... damn funny man...
Anyway... I am now currently doing my research for my final paper... an arguementative paper... at least 8 page... due on Wednesday... one day after handing in the 3rd one which has to be 5 page long... hahaha... seriously damn shiok man... and the calculus test got postponed to Friday... and I have to move out of Markley by Saturday... hahah.. it is going to be even more fun lor... super hatic man...

original source..... basically it is a New York Times article that is really cool.... it talks about how recent findings show that fats may not be as bad as you think and how the "misconception" of eating food that is high in carbo instead of fats is supposedly good... seriously... one can never thrust those "expert"... like wat my father always say lahz... the word word "expert" if say in broken hokkien, means "only eat".... hahaha... anway... I am doing my last paper on this issue of the misconception that people have on fats... hope it will turn out to be a good one... hahaha.... after all... I am a all time supportor for anything fatty and oily.... hahaha... so after reading this article, it proves my point that fat and oil are good for you!!!
okok... anyway... to those poor singaporeans... HAPPY NATIONAL DAY!!!.... and congratulations on all the golds won by those foreign talents that your all-wise govt imported to do things for you all !!!
